An Explanation

I'm working on "Cleaning House" in my community of blogs and in doing so, I've reread a lot of interesting tidbits. The post below is a letter I typed back in October of 2005. It never reached its intended audience, but after reading it, I realized that I wrote it more for myself than for anybody else. It does my heart good to re-read it...so I've transferred it here before nukin' the other place.
